Your product is fine. Your listing is why nobody buys it.

Amazon listings, brand identity and websites for Indian home, wellness and pooja brands — built by someone who runs one.

I don't take incense or dhoop clients. I sell those myself, and I'm not going to hold a competitor's keyword data.

Who this is for

I work with a narrow set of brands because that's where I actually know the buyer, the category and the search terms. If you're outside it, I'll tell you rather than take the money.

A good fit

  • Home, wellness, pooja, ayurveda or personal care — selling physical product
  • Already live on Amazon or Flipkart, but sitting below page one
  • Moving from offline manufacturing or reselling into your own brand
  • You have decent product photography and a product that already sells offline

Not a fit

  • Incense, dhoop or cones — I compete with you
  • Apps, SaaS, crypto, or anything without a physical SKU
  • Dropshipping a generic catalogue with no brand behind it
  • You want unlimited revisions and an open-ended monthly retainer

Three ways in, in order

Most brands start at the listing rebuild because it's the fastest thing to prove. If it works, the next step is obvious. If it doesn't, you've spent very little finding out.

Start here

Listing rebuild

₹[18,000] · one product · 7 days

  • Title, bullets and description rewritten against the category's page-one listings
  • Backend search terms and attribute fields filled properly
  • A+ content layout and copy, ready for your designer or mine
  • Image brief — what to shoot and in what order

You get a listing you can paste in the same day, and a written note on what I'd expect it to move.

Then

Catalogue and ads

₹[75,000] · full catalogue · 3–4 weeks

  • Every SKU rebuilt, variations and parentage fixed
  • Brand Store built out, not just the default template
  • Ad account structured — exact, phrase, auto, with a negative list from day one
  • First 30 days of campaigns set up and handed over with a bid plan

Your catalogue stops fighting itself and your ad spend has somewhere sensible to go.

When you're ready to own the customer

Brand and website

₹[1,25,000] · 4–6 weeks

  • Identity — wordmark, palette, type, packaging direction
  • D2C site on your own domain, built to load fast on a phone
  • Product pages written to convert without an Amazon review count
  • Handover doc so your team can run it without me

A brand that reads as premium on your own site, not only inside a marketplace grid.

Prices are per project and quoted before we start. No retainers unless you ask for one after the first project has already worked.

I've done this with my own money on the line

Most people selling Amazon services have never paid for their own ad spend. Dhyom is my brand — I built the identity, the site, the listings and the campaigns, and I carry the returns and the RTO cost when it goes wrong.

How a project runs

Same shape every time, so you know where you are. Nothing starts until scope is written down and agreed.

Day 1

Audit call

Forty minutes on your listings, your numbers and your category. You get the diagnosis whether or not you hire me.

Day 2

Scope in writing

Exactly what I'm delivering, what I'm not, the price and the date. You approve it before anything starts.

Days 3–7

First draft

Real work, not concepts. Written copy, live pages or built files depending on the project.

Days 8–10

Two revisions, then handover

Two rounds inside the agreed scope. Anything beyond it gets quoted separately before I do it.

Things people ask before hiring me

Can you guarantee page one?

No, and anyone who does is selling you something. I can tell you what the page-one listings in your category are doing that yours isn't, and fix that.

What if I need more than two revisions?

You can have them, quoted per round. The limit exists so the scope stays honest, not to cut you off.

Do you run the ads for me every month?

I set them up and hand them over with a bid plan. If you want ongoing management, we talk about it after the first project has actually worked.

Will you work with my existing designer?

Yes. I write the brief and the copy, they execute the visuals. That's often cheaper than having me do both.

Tell me what's stuck

Send your Amazon link or your site and the one thing that isn't working. I reply within a working day, and I'll say so if I'm not the right person.

Or email hello@buildwithsujay.com directly if you'd rather.
